A smile is natures way of telling the soul - I Love You.

Micheal Teal

If one has peace within their heart they will have joy within their soul. By making a positive contribution to humankind we connect with higher wisdom and expand our spiritual consciousness. Live your destiny by allowing yourself to blossom, for when you spread your wings and fly free you will see your path is written in the stars. Plant seeds of kindness and let the singing of your heart serenade the universe

In Response to Madison’s Question.

There are many ways to look at eating meat.

Some people prefer to think of it as murder and some prefer to think of it as a part of life.
In a way, I think it’s a bit of both.
As Madison said, the things we eat were put here for a reason - both the beings and the plants. However, most people don’t even stop to think about the plants…they simply want to save the beings. If it helps any, think of it as another set of balances.
If we didn’t eat meat, then some of the species would breed completely out of hand. Just as if we didn’t eat some plants they would spawn out of hand (perhaps we should start eating kudzu? Haha).
It doesn’t mean it’s right, but sometimes that’s how the world works. After all, carnivorous animals show no signs of guilt about eating another animal.

If it is right or wrong to eat meat falls under your own belief system - Just like everything else you’ll encounter in life.

Cheers,
Irene

How do you justify eating meat?

I’m honest, here.

How do you justify eating another being on this planet? How do you justify eating something that is equal to you, that was put here for a reason? How do you justify taking the life of a living thing for your own personal gain?

Love always,
Madison Rae.

Sometimes, I get this feeling that I don’t know how to describe.
This feeling that starts and my toes and ends at my nose and goes through my fingertips and into everything that I touch. This beautiful, purifying, purposeful feeling. This feeling that everything is as it should be and that if I sit completely still, with my lips pressed shut, I can hear the world’s heart beat around me.
The pulse of nature. The pulse of traffic and everything unnatural. The pulse of wind and water and fire and earth all combining into something so utterly chaotic and beautiful, that thing that is the modern day world.
I hear a lot lately that those around me hate technology, that they hate the way the world is. In a way, I agree. I wish that there was not war. Not hate, not murder, not so much negativity swirling around in the environment. I wish that we could live in peace and serenity and feel absolutely and completely at one with the ‘Universe’ (as it may be to you) at all times. But that’s not possible. It never has been. If that were possible, that would be perfection. Perfection is boring.
The way our world is is what makes it something to appreciate and adore. The flaws and the anger and the hate is what makes life interesting. We have balance. We’ve talked about balance before.
I guess my point is, is that the world, the way it is, is beautiful to me, and that it will never be anything but that. That the feeling I get when I lay in a field with my eyes shut and I can feel the tires of a far-off highway against my back making it vibrate softly, or I can feel the wind brushing against my skin or the sun heating my face while I can hear the sounds of people laughing and playing is exactly the way the world is supposed to be. It’s beautiful. And all I want from anybody, from myself, is to be a part of it, to exist, to create, to breathe and to live beautifully. To appreciate the fact that we are in this world, just for a moment, and that is the best gift that anybody can give us, no matter what our opinions on it are. That we are here, and we are here to help and love and breathe and appreciate and exist. Just for a moment. And then act on it.

Love always,
Madison Rae.

It was two version of a world - images from the same basic idea but drawn out by different people.

In response to Irene:

I would like you all to recognize that this is, of course, only one theory. Each person will make their own concepts and theories as to what they observe and how they observe the world around them and live their day-to-day life. I, personally, believe the exact opposite of Irene.

On terms of Humanity, where she commented about balance, I will bring up this: in my opinion, the reason Humanity has faced so many apocalyptic situations - where our numbers have dwindled to the thousands, and we have reproduced and fought our way back to the top - is because we have not yet learned to coexist with the other elements of Existence. With nature, with animals. We are the spoiled toddler who hogs all the toys, and complains when “punished” for our actions.

Of course we need counter-balance. We need the dark to feed off of the light, the peace and the serenity. I was told recently my “delusions of peace” were not the way the human race would ever, or could ever work. I do not believe this to be true. There will always be that part of humanity that does not cooperate. There will always be a part of humanity that does not live peacefully with the world around him. But why does Humanity need to be defined that way? Why do we need to be the plundering thieves that kill the world?

Love always,
Madison Rae.

To live is the rarest thing in the world. Most people exist, that is all.

― Oscar Wilde

The thoughts that have been going through my head for a good while now that may be slightly repetitive of the the things discussed before here. However, there may be a few new points that haven’t been brought up at all yet, and I’d also like to thank all of you who have decided to follow us! As we’ve never properly thanked you before.

When you think about our world and our planet, this tiny ball of mud floating through space, you don’t always think about why exactly the whole of the human race has been placed here. I’m sure thoughts in the general vicinity of it race through your mind on occasion, but really, think about it. Everything here seems to have it’s purpose, trees provide oxygen and food for some animals, while those same animals provide food for other animals, who then die and provide fertilization for the plants and trees to thrive on. It all has to do with a balance of nature, the circle of life, the great cycle. So what, then, is the purpose of humans? Are we just another link, a source of food and nourishment, put here to keep other things in check? Or, as many believe, were we just an anomaly? A glitch in creation? Certainly we’ve overstepped the bounds of our being. How much of the world have we destroyed, things that may never come back? But the thought still going through my head is: What if this is exactly our purpose? Since the beginning of time man strives to create something to set him above the rest of man. Great castles and cities, monuments to themselves and temples to our gods. If the human race were suddenly wiped out completely and we started over, we would do the exact same thing again. Why? Because it’s our nature, ‘A tiger can’t change his stripes.’ And I’m 90 percent sure that this is exactly what we’re supposed to do. We supposed to build up, advance in knowledge, build and plunder, and throw the world out of balance. Because you see, throwing the environment and the world itself out of balance is part of the Balance itself. Confusing as that seems, it makes perfect sense. By throwing the world out of balance we allow the world to cleanse itself. Now I’m not talking about 2012, no one knows what will happen then. The world could very well end for us, or it could just pass like any other day. We don’t know, and really it’s not worth trying to stress your brain to figure out. Sometimes I think the world would be a better place without the human race all together. But then I realize that then there would not be anyone here to see the beauty, the world itself would become pointless. Then again this get’s turned on it’s head by the fact that the human race seems blind to beauty anymore and continues to rape the landscape for ‘betterment’. So are we meant to be here to take joy in the world or are we a parasitic life form? It comes down to you and how you think. You can choose to be the parasitic form or the one who delights and see the world for what it is. I’m not saying, ‘get rid of all your technology and go live in the woods for the rest of your life’. I’m saying, open your eyes and look. It’s as simple as that. Be the counter balance to ‘progress’, learn to better the world in some small way by watching things around you, picking up a piece of trash off the sidewalk…little thing. One person doing something is more powerful than 20 doing nothing. If the world is being thrown out of balance by humans or it’s just the strange Balance of the Universe, we may never know. All we can do is try to balance ourselves and hope it helps the Balance of something much bigger than anything we can fathom.

Cheers,
Irene…

Every once in awhile, as great and as profound as we humans think we are, we can only think to shut our mouths and observe the beauty around us. In this moment we become truly aware, more so than we claim to be the general majority of our existence. Those moments are so rare and so wonderful that sometimes, they change the course of a person’s life, forever.

Love always,
Madison Rae
